Challenge: Onboard new operators with limited English and math skills for precision work on the manufacturing floor.
Solution: Design two classroom and three elearning classes to orient workers to Anthony International, overview the manufacturing process, and review basic math skills. Used in both California and Georgia with positive results.
Challenge: Train and onboard new franchisees.
Solution: A 5-day facilitator-led training program to teach the Help-U-Sell operating system to new franchisees. Training included an Instructor Guide, Participant Guide, Operations Manual, and job aids. Helped the company grow from 75 to 750 franchises.
Challenge: Train Toyota personnel on the basics of safety and environmental regulations.
Solution: An elearning program with two paths: one for personnel at Headquarters, and one for personnel at more hazardous facilities
Challenge: Train 20,000 geographically dispersed new sales associates a year in the Century 21 operating system, moving from traditional selling to consultative selling.
Solution: A 5-day classroom course taught at regional training centers on the new Century 21 methodology. Concurrently, instructors were trained in new facilitation skills and regions were given new expectations. Materials included a facilitator guide, participant guide, job aids, video, and collateral marketing material.
Challenge: Grow the EXIT franchise through leadership training, helping brokers stand out in their markets, attract quality sales associates, and gain market share.
Solution: A long-term blended-learning program combining training with coaching. Brokers attend three leadership training webinars a month for six months and are personally coached to put skills into action in their particular office. Brokers are expected to create a vision, set goals, de-hire, hire, and lead their team to success.
